What happens at the end of my trial period?

If you exceed 3 users or 2 projects during your trial period, you will be locked out of your account and required to upgrade to a paid plan after the trial period ends.  Your data will not be deleted.  If you stay within the limitations of the free plan, you can continue to use the free features.

How much does WeWorked cost?

WeWorked offers a free plan that includes 3 user accounts, 2 projects, unlimited clients, unlimited leave policies, and unlimited tasks.

For those that require more, there are 4 paid plans that start as low as $19 a year. You can learn more about these plans by visiting our upgrade page. We even offer enterprise plans for those that require more than 100 users. Contact us for a quote on our enterprise plans.

Integrate PayPal Payments

Accept PayPal payments for invoices. All you have to do is connect your PayPal account to WeWorked by entering your PayPal email address. No password or other information is required.

Go to Settings then click Invoices. Click Edit add your PayPal email then click Save.

Then when you are creating or editing an invoice, check PayPal for Web Payments.

Once you share the invoice, your customers will have the convenience of paying the invoice instantly from the web. They do not even need a PayPal account. The invoice will automatically be updated in WeWorked to “Paid” once the payment is processed.

Copy a project

Copying Project Data

If you have projects that often have the same task and people assignments, you can simply create copies of that project to a new project or to an existing project.  You have the option of selecting to copy the people, the tasks, or both.  Basic project data is always copied when you copy to a new project. No information is ever erased or changed when copying.

Click on Settings then Projects. Click on the name of the project that you want to copy. Click Copy above the Project Overview.

Select where you want to copy and what items then click Copy Project.

Configuring email reminders

Email reminders allow you to schedule an email to be sent at a regular time to remind people to enter their time. Email notifications are always sent according to the timezone each user has set for their profile.

Click on Settings then Notifications. Click Edit. Schedule the reminder and click Save.

Report permissions

Report Access
Administrators can control which reports users and groups can access. Click Settings in the Dashboard. Then click Permissions. Under Report Access, add or remove groups and people to specific reports by clicking either Groups or People. Check or uncheck groups or people. Then click Save.

Note: A user must have been granted access to at least one report (either directly or by group membership) to access the report area.

Limiting Data Access
Administrators can decide to grant a user full rights to all report data or to limit a user’s rights to only the people whose timesheet the user can approve. Users with limited report access will have a tiny lock icon beside their name in the report permission area. Users are only allowed to create reports containing their own data unless an administrator grants them rights to view all report data. Under a user’s profile, click Permissions. Then click Edit to change the users report permissions.
