Yes. We routinely create custom reports for customers with unique requirements. You can run your custom report for as long as your subscription is active. Get a quote for a report by sending an email to contactus@support.weworked.com with a sample report in either a word table or excel spreadsheet. You will be able to select and run your custom report from the reports area. Custom reports start at $400, which include HTML, Excel (.csv), and PDF versions.
Simply go to Settings then Leave then click on Adjust Leave Balances under the Leave Balances section. You will then see a list of all the people that have Track Leave enabled in their profile. Click Edit to start making changes to a person’s leave balance.
No. WeWorked does not allow a mass import of data.
You can run our “Payroll Hours” report. The “Payroll Hours” report is accepted as-is by most payroll processing companies without any modification. You can email or fax the report to your payroll processing company. Depending on the company, the file may require some slight modification. Work with your payroll processor on their file requirements.
We will not need to look at archiving for another 10 years. Should we change our policy and archive, we will give you the option to download your data prior to any archiving activity.
WeWorked’s data are stored across multiple servers across the US, alongside such companies as Sony, Starbucks, Red Bull, and Samsung. We also backup data daily and archive it in even more places. We take data stewardship serious!
Data in WeWorked are secure and password-protected. We never store passwords in human-readable format. On top of that, data transmitted is encrypted using 256-Bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This is the same technology used by the world’s leading financial institutions.
WeWorked has a focus of hours worked instead of the specific time of day worked. It is ideal for organizations that wish to track hours spent on a task and related project. There is no clock-in/out feature.
